Abstract

The article is devoted to a review of the 17th Panarin’s readings held in November 2019 and dedicated to the theme “Russia and Europe: a Common Fate and Alternative Projects of Civilizational Development”. It is preceded by a brief excursion into the history of the Panarin’s readings and a description of the political and philosophical doctrine of A. Panarin. The sequence of the 17th Panarin’s readings is subsequently described in the following: Prologue, Plenary session with brief summaries of reports, the work of sections.
