Abstract

22^th April 2021 the meeting of the Academic board of the Institute of Philosophy RAS took place. Report on the progress of the megatheme “Russian Civilizational Development Project” was one of the issues to discuss. Andrey V, Smirnov outlined the preliminary results. This articles covers the major points of his report.
