Building a modern civilization of the Chinese nation in the creative transformation of traditional culture

Abstract

Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, General Secretary Xi Jinping has insisted on combining the basic tenets of Marxism and Chinese outstanding traditional culture, promoted the creative transformation and innovative development of outstanding Chinese traditional culture, and determined the direction of building the modern civilization of the Chinese nation. General Secretary Xi Jinping deeply understands the outstanding continuity of Chinese civilization, and uses elements of traditional culture to develop the core values of socialism. It promotes the humanistic spirit embodied in traditional culture, forming the spiritual family tree of Chinese communists, realizes the unity of Chi­nese civilization, constantly improves the socialist state system with Chinese characteris­tics, develops the potential of party workers, promotes the peaceful and inclusive charac­ter of Chinese civilization, and pursues the policy of building a Community of Shared Destiny humanity, proposes a Chinese global governance program.
